Productivity Awards

Crime Stoppers International Productivity Awards recognise outstanding and significant contributions by member programs to the achievement of the Crime Stoppers vision of helping stop, solve and prevent crime as demonstrated through two specific measures – increase in arrests made and increase in property recovered, including drugs seized – however, programs are encouraged to submit additional measures considered to be noteworthy, such as the number of cases cleared.

Four sub-categories within these two main categories (arrests made and property recovered) allow member programs to stipulate the size of the community that their Crime Stoppers program serves.

Productivity award entries must be accompanied by a formal statistical report on program letterhead or a program’s official statistical results/tracking report that clearly states results for the 2016 calendar year – 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016 – and directly compares these with the 2015 calendar year.
